What each widget shows

  • Rate ticker: today's estimates for the three most common loans, nationally or in your state, each with its move since the day before.
  • Rate chart: a loan's rate over time beside its benchmark and the 10-year Treasury, from a month to every year since 2017.
  • Refinance check: your client types their loan and sees the rate at which refinancing it pays.
